This cookbook contains over 200 recipes that we have found to be very good. It provides the amount of calories, carbs and most importantly the grams of protein in each serving. Not only are the recipes tasty, they are easy to follow. One of our favorite is the Black Bean and Corn Burritos. This has become a great lunch choice and it’s so easy to make. We’ve even used the bean base for tacos instead of beef.
